Leia and Han solo ended the original trilogy with the notion of love. These two survived many adventures together. The smuggler and the princess. Many would assume that the they continue on that road living happily ever after. Not so much.
What Happened Between Them?
At some point Leia and Han are divided. Time passes quickly and the galaxy has changed. Leia commands republic troops as a General. Han and Chewbacca set of on adventures that separate the star crossed lovers. We do not yet know what happened between Han and Leia. J.J. Abrams dose not seem to be creating the movie as an exact copy of the original books. (Like Most Movies!)
In the latest star wars trailer we can see a small clip of these two reunite with a sentiment of the same emotion we remember from long ago.
It is likely that Han and Leia's love story will continue to manifest throughout episode 7, 8 & 9. For me, this is an exciting story that has captured my imagination. Creating a blog and website about my favorite childhood story is enough to make me a little giddy.
General Hux is played by Domhnall Gleeson from Harry Potter. All grown up and ready for an adult villain role. General Hux is a Brutal leader serving the First Order. He shows his might through his military command and is shrouded in mystery.
General Hux Mystery
General Hux is nothing more than a new topic of speculation at this point. Rumors of his Role spread across the star wars galaxy. Some believe he is a brutal human General that leads the First Order troops into battle. Others believe he is the son of Luke Skywalker acting as an undercover spy and reporting to Luke. Who is hiding in exile waiting for the right time to return.
The tight lid of Star Wars Characters
The General will remain a reclusive star wars character until the release of Episode 7. Expect to see more details as we get closer to the premier date. December 18, 2015. However, as the most anticipated movie in Hollywood ever, hackers may release it in the torrent world early. LOL. I swear I do not know any such hackers. I'm just saying.
I have been waiting years for the final trilogy. As a life long star wars fan, it was no surprise to me that two more trilogies were on the horizon. I understood that the production required time for the original cast members to age into their roles. The wait is over. The first movie is already here and the filming for the final episode is already beginning.
"Rogue One"
Star Wars fans will be excited to learn that this new trilogy is not the end of the story. Disney plans to milk this investment with Anthology Films. Star Wars "Rogue One" is the first of these films. Already in production!
Rogue One Details
The cast and crew has already been announced. This is the first star wars "stand alone" anthology film. The short story break down is about the spies that steal the death star plans.
"Many Bothan's died to bring us this information"
A group of rebels join together to obtain the secrete death star plans. These plans are later used to expose weakness in the Empires mega space base. The events take place before the events of Star Wars "A New Hope".
IP man, Really?
Yes, the actor from Ip Man, "Donnie Yen", Will be playing a huge role in this rogue star wars film. Among other great actors.
When?
Well, the production has already started. So my guess is that this film is going to appear some time within the creation of this Final Trilogy. I expect to see it in theaters in late 2016 or sumer of 2017.
More Anthology Films
Rumor has it that one stand alone star wars film will tell a story about Han and Chewbacca. Chewie's home world is enslaved and Han will fight along side his faithful companion to free the wookies once and for all. Chewbacca owe's Han a life debt and this is why he follows him. Han dose not believe in his life debt rationality so Han leads Chewbacca into the battle to save Kashyyyk.
Lego was my favorite type of toy as a child. When I was a little boy I would get excited when ever a new Lego theme came to the shelf. I would check the lego shelf every time my mother took me to stores like Shopko, Walmart or Kmart. I could not afford every lego toy so my decision was always heavily considered. The choices today are so much better. Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and more.
Recreating As a Child with Lego
Funny, as a child I would try to build Star Wars like battle ships. I even had a book that emulated the construction of star wars ships with detailed instruction for constructing these ships. If you had all the right pieces. Today I can just buy all the specific star wars Lego toys for my children. What an exciting experience it is to relive my childhood by building star wars Lego toys with my child.
New Lego Building sets to try
The Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Tydirum is one that I never tried. This Lego toy has so many pieces that I never had as a child. The life like realism is exactly like the movie model. I want to keep it on the shelf to admire. But I always end up breaking them down and leaving them in a bucket to mix and match with.

Star Wars "The Next Generation"
December 18, 2015: the epic continues with episode 7 The Force Awakens. Obviously we can expect at least two more films to follow and form another trilogy. I am a life long Star Wars fan. The beginning of a new trilogy is exciting news. Wicket was my teddy bear. I had all the star wars action figures and a toy millennium falcon to put them in. Now, i get to share the fun with a whole new generation. But is this the end? No, Disney has announced that anthology films will follow.
Anthology Films Following This Trilogy
Anthology films for Star Wars? Yes, Disney has purchased the Star Wars franchise and is going to milk this cow for every penny it's worth. So after episode 7, 8 & 9 expect more high quality films to follow. One rumor going around is about an anthology film where Han Solo and Chewbacca free chewie's home world from slavery. It's just a rumor but evidence is strong to support such a film.
New Toys and Video Games
We can expect to see the cast from Episodes 1, 2 & 3 to appear in these films. The star wars galaxy is about to collide with the marketing and production values of Disney entertainment. New video games are on the horizon that will be fun for both parents and children. The millennium falcon and x-wing drones are not just kids toys. The Lego lineup is so amazing this time around. All new robots. New machines. New characters and old characters combine to tell a new story.
The Original Cast Returns
We can expect to see Luke Skywalker return to the story as a jedi in hiding. He is so powerful with the force that he hides himself from the politics. Fearing his power might be used for evil he lives in exile. Princess Leia Organa commands the republic forces and Defends the galaxy from the First Order army. Han and Chewbacca continue to be renegade forces that serve the good side of the force. Other familiar faces are expected to appear as well and don't be supprised when you see wicket hobbling along with his spear.
It't time to get excited. I am ready to buy my Imax ticket. I'm gonna show up to the theater in some kind of crazy outfit. Maybe ill be dressed as Lando in Return of The Jedi. How about a Jar-Jar outfit. Who knows, maybe ill "wear the dress" and cross dress in a princess Leia costume. Not likely, lol. But i'm gonna make a night of it.
The awesome new star wars android known as bb8 is not a CGI character. In fact, the technology is very real. You can find the original technology online. The original form factor is know as Sphero. My favorite actors return to the studio in order to bring our favorite Star Wars characters back to life. But how about the Millennium Falcon? Well I am happy to tell you that in Star Wars Episode 7 "The Force Awakens", you will once again see the Millennium Falcon take flight. This iconic space vessel will of course be accompanied by the classic pilots Han Solo and Chewbacca.
The Millennium Falcon Returns to Han
Somewhere along the way Han Solo looses the legendary space voyager. It could be in a card game? That would add some comic irony to the story line. Maybe it was stolen. At this point it's unknown. What we do know comes straight from the official trailer. A short clip with Han and Chewbacca standing together on the ship. Both looking around with nostalgia in their eyes Han says, "Chewie... were home".
What do we know about the Falcon
Keep in mind that at this point in time details about episode 7 are highly secretive. Actors are cloaked while moving around the set. The scripts are distributed in small portions. The whole production process is run like a military operation with every area compartmentalized. Actors will find them in huge law suits if they say anything. We are piecing the movie together like Einstein's riddle. We have a few clues here and there that put parts of the story in their place.
How about the Toys?
When I was a child I had a huge Millennium Falcon toy. One day my mother snuck my toy falcon into the garage sale stuff. I was heart broken. I was in the third grade. I put every toy I ever owned into that thing. It was huge. I guess my mom did not like it. lol.
Quite possibly the most well know character in Star Wars Series. It's easy to see why. 7 foot tall harry beast with the loudest mouth in the room. This character is brave and speaks volumes. With out a word. Some people talk and talk with out saying anything. Other say very little and convey much more.
Is Chewie Gonna Be Comic Relief?
For all those roomers floating around about the new look for Chewie, give it a rest. Chewbacca has already been relieved to the public. Same original actor. Same outfit. Well, maybe the outfit is a little pollished. The galaxy has had some technological improvements in mens hair treatment. LOL.
Chewbacca in the Same Old Suite
Chewbacca will not be CGI. He will not wear a Disney princess pink bow. Infact, even though this is now a Disney production, this flick is supposed to be action packed and filled with brutal star wars battle. So expect Chewbacca to be a big soft fluffy warrior that just might tear your arms off. Disney is making the new series with one foot in the digital film era and the other in the old world.
BB-8 is the new adorable little droid that will take center stage in Episode 7 and more. This crafty little guy is has a lot of personality. He is going to become an iconic star wars character. People everywhere will recognize this amazing machine.
From what I understand about this droid. It's real. Not in the sense that I am confirming roomers about the new star wars "The Force Awakens". What I mean is that this little droid is a robot that exists in the real world. Minus the artificial intelligence.
Speedy
This fast little guy teams up with the light side of the force. If this technology dose not capture your heart than your hopes are to high. This is not a CGI robot. This little guy can actually move in the real world just like on the set.
What can I say. Looks like he is still running around with Luke and needs a bath. R2 will always be a part of the Star Wars galaxy. So what has changed. R2 seems a little tarnished. Knowing Luke is a good droid mechanic I'm sure he is well maintained under the hood.
R2-d2 Is Favored by Luke
This image shows Luke Skywalkers Robot hand on R2d2's head. I believe that R2D2 and Luke have spent some quality time together and have a strong bond like family. Man and machine.
Or is Luke surprised to see his old machine still chucking along. Remember when Luke repaired this old robot after buying him from a scrap robot selling band of Jawa's.
The Rumors and the Facts
Right now we know very little. Soon the movie will tell all. For now all we can do is wait. But Disney has been releasing little nuggets of information.

Obviously Leia is aged, Being a mother of two Jedi old enough to buy you a drink. But the force has many secrets. Leia is apparently one of them. Leia was an icon of beauty at the time of the original star wars. We can expect a lot of class and charm in The Force Awakens. This photo is supposed to be leaked. However, I expected to see some kind of teaser. Claiming the photo is leaked just makes it more exciting.
What has Leia been doing all these years?
Well, looks like she is part of the rebel alliance after all. Coming from a long line of freedom fighters and dressed in rebel attire in this photo.
Carry Fishers Daughter Plays In Episode 7
Carry Fisher's daughter Billie Lourd will have a role in the Force Awakens. However she will not be princess Leia's progeny. She will have an unrelated role. We have yet to hear anything about this character at this time.

Leia's Children?
At this point we do not have everything figured out. We do know she has off spring. Likely a child of Han and Leia will appear somewhere in the trilogy. Some rumors suggest that Poe is her son. Others think its Rey. We have two more episodes with plenty of time for surprise characters to appear.
At this point you just can not make a star wars film with out the two classic droids. C3p0 and R2d2. These two loyal and brave droids will be with us until the end. Well, brave might not be the best description for C3p0. But he always seems to come through in the end.
What Dose He do in Episode 7?
Not much is know about the role of c3p0. He will no doubt be the same seeing as how he is a robot and dose not age. However, in some teaser photos it appears he has a red left arm. Why? I do not know.
C3p0 Steam Punked!
What could possibly be the reason for a red arm. Is C3p0 a Junk Yard Robot now? It has been a long time sense his days of serving luke skywalker? Or is he still with Luke and this was some funny jedi prank that we do not understand? Cuz were not jedi. Did someone salvage this cheesy old robot and polish him up with a red arm? Dose the red arm signify some kind of rank amoung droids? What ever. He can speek over 6000 different languages and everyone in the galaxy needs a protocol droid. Don't look a gift Robot in the mouth.
We did not see any Ewoks in episode 1, 2 & 3. But we will see more of them in Episode 7. Wicket returns to the big screen but as of yet we do not know much. This lovable little guy shows bravery by fighting the empire along side the rebel forces.
Remember the Ewoks?
The Ewoks are small little warrior people. Or harry monkeys? Mini Warewolfs? Idk. After seeing them in battle you may want to keep a lid on it. They fight with bravery and demonstrate the fact that having superior technology dose not win battles. these trick little buggers will close line you right off your speeder. Or swing tree trunks at you from the top of a hill. Don't call them short. You would not like them when there angry.

Poe Dameron is played by actor Oscar Isaac. Poe leads the Black Squadron in the Star Wars Universe. He is a natural born leader and is very heroic. He will introduce the black x-wing and may be a part of special forces unit. We don't know much yet. We do know that he often leads Starfighters into battle.
The Stat Wars family
It is rumored that Poe is related to princess Leia. Maybe professional, family of friendship. At this point it's just a rumor. I hate rumors but in this case I feel it is relevant. Poe is the best piolet in the rebel alliance serving under the command of Major Ematt and General Organa. (princess Leia). General Organa is supposed to have mentored Poe and they appear to have a Well Connected Relationship.
Poe's Home World
Poe's home world is Yavin 4. Yavin 4 has an established rebel base. Episode 4 "A New Hope" shows this planet as the command center for the famous attack on the first death star. Yavin 4 is filmed in Guatemala.

Poet is a main character. The first line up of toys have already been released. The black squadron lego set featuring Poe is already available. At least that is my guess.
Star Wars Awakens "FINN"
Finn is a lead character in episode 7. We know little about his role because of the secrecy around star wars productions. But we do know he is directly connected to Luke and he is going to be a main character throughout the star wars universe. Finn is played by Keep in touch for the latest updates.
Finn Escapes First Order Dungeon
In the new episode Finn and Poe escape the captivity from the First Order. (The new evil empire in the star wars galaxy). They escape on a stolen Tie Fighter and crash land in the desert. The escape is an amazing display of star wars action.

After seeing this short clip all my doubts about Disney owning star wars are denied. This film is going to be an amazing graphical display. A film you can stand to watch over and over with your children. Although the violence may be on the extreme side. Probably the most violent movie Disney has ever made.
Lando No longer the Only Black Guy in Universe
Finn is obviously an African male. Many bloggers are obsessed with fact. I am mentioning it only to illustrate the debate of Finn's origans. It is believed that finn may be the son of Lando Calrissian. However it is hard to say for sure. The blog comments that I have encountered are childish and cartoonish. But this article seems to suggest that the Lando Calrissian will Return to the Star Wars Cast.
Finn, Jedi Warrior in Training?
Finn appears, at first glance, to be a warrior of some sort. And screen shot teasers have informed us that he is a Jedi and has possession of Luke Skywalkers Original Light Saber. We don't know exactly how he obtained the light saber or how much training he has had.
Origional Book Conflict
In the original books, luke skywalker's hand was revocered by cult members. Luke was cloned. The cloned Luke Skywalker was mad and lusted for power.
Rey appears in episode 7 and is played by Daisy Ridley. She is a female scavenger from the planet Jakku. Rey is dressed in rags and wears an old dusty storm trooper visor. She covers herself with a scarf that covers her head. Referred to as a desert rat she lives in a battle shipwrecked junkyard from a war 30 years earlier.

Rey carries a staff and is seen riding a single person speeder. Is trained in martial arts. Her style is from a real word art called Bojutsu. A staff combat system.

Rumors that Rey is related to Han Solo float around the internet. Also, her "bumper" car speeder has a different name on it.

Rey appears to have a relationship with BB-8. The new high tech speed droid. BB-8 is a high tech robot. Super fast and strudy. Infact you can buy your own bb-8 droid. It has everything except the artificial intelligence. For now...
Powerful Female Character in The Force Awakens
Rey is a main character in episode 7 and shrouded with secrecy. We will learn more about this character as the movie premier gets closer. One thing is for sure. This lady is going to capture the hearts of star wars fans. She is beautiful and the character is arguably the most sought after woman in the galaxy.
Kylo Ren is the infamous villain of episode 7. A powerful leader in command of the "First Order". Kylo partners the last of the Empirical forces and remains a threat to peace in the galaxy. He believes he is doing the right thing and struggles with inner turmoil. He sees through the lies of the jedi.
Where did he Come From?
Well, the star wars galaxy the jedi and sith are not the only groups that use the force. Different factions are scattered across the galaxy. However you can generally categorize them into two groups. Light side and dark side of the force. Kylo is a member of the dark side of the force and sees the jedi as enemies. He is a member of a group called "The Knights of Ren".
I Thought the Empire Was Defeated?
After the destruction of the Death Star, the main base for the empire, military forces were left dispersed with a loss of central command. The emperor and Darth Vader are gone. The head of the snake so to speak. Many of the empirical forces are tricked into retreating into the hands of another "dark sided" leader. Also, the empire had constructed bases on the edges of the galaxy that created reinforcements. These locations generated new technology and new clone armies. The empire was not fully defeated.
How dose the Empire Stand Up to The Republic
The republic, concerned with piece, was focused on demilitarizing. Thus the rebel forces are at a loss when the emperor's reinforcements arrive. Kylo Ren is likely the child of Luke or Leia Skywalker. He is the next generation of force powered warrior. His role is likely to unfold in an unexpected way.
Sith or Jedi?
Kylo Ren is not a Sith. The dark side has more than one faction. Kylo Ren obtains his name from a group called the "Knights of Ren". He is not the leader of the empirical forces. He serves under "Supreme Leader Supreme Leader Snoke". Ren believes he can see through the lies of the jedi.
Kylo Ren is a Self Taught Master.
Kylo Ren is a young warrior that is still developing his force skills. He has a unique light saber. Its shaped like a cross and reminds me of a knights Templar image. It seems Kylo is on a religious crusade and will stop at nothing when acting on his beliefs.
Darth Vadar Fan Boy
Kylo is a collector of Darth Vader's relics. He has possession of Darth Vader's burnt helmet. In episode 7 he is after Luke Skywalkers light saber. Which was once Anakin Skywalkers. Kylo is guaranteed to scare children by becoming a unique iconic super villain.
Supreme Leader Snokes is played by Andy Serkis; a CGI Guru. The dark side is powerful in Snokes and he is in command of Kylo Ren and the Empirical forces. This character is believed to have been murdered by Emperor Palpatine. His appearance is mostly a mastery.
The Empire Is Going Nowhere
After the destruction of the empire, when victory seemed eminent, the rebel forces encountered more empirical forces. The empire had created cloning stations and research facilities programs in the outer rim. Many of the empires leftover forces retreated and gathered there.
The Emperors' Reinforcements
These stations were top secrete and isolated from the rest of the galaxy. If I remember correctly (and if the director is following the original story line) These fleets of battle ships were scheduled to return from deep space on a certain date. When they arrive as reinforcements for the empire they are unaware of the destruction of the death star, Emperor Palpatine and Lord Vader. They follow a new master now.
The Republic Demilitarizes and the First Order Expands
The new army remains loyal to the empire because they were deceived by a dark master. They carry on the fight against the rebel alliance. As time goes on, the truth is reveled about the new Evil Emperor. This Emperor is a reptilian. Which is creepy. The deep space clone commander is a reptilian! (For those who know what I mean anyway). His cobra like face with pitch black eyes fit the part of a powerful dark jedi. I believe that this is not a Sith master. The dark side is powerful and many factions exist. Not just Sith.
Evil Sith Masters are Full of Deception
Supreme Leader Snokes has lived for a very long time. This ancient master is apearently the leaderof Kylo Ren. I do not yet know if Snokes is involved with the Knights of Ren. Snokes will likely be a villain through episode 9.
Maz Kanata is played by Lupita Nyong'o. She is a CGI character. A pirate with connections to princess Leia. This crafty smuggler is a leader and smuggler of rare items.
The Pirate Smuggler
Maz Katana has possession of Luke Skywalkers light saber. She delivers it to another character at a critical moment in the film. She is the owner of a castle and has a band of pirate smugglers that defend her. Her castle is full of wayward wonderers and I believe will be the scene for a battle. Many smugglers in the galaxy covet this famous light-saber. Her ties with princess Leia and the rebel alliance will surely bring trouble to her door step.
Dark Side or Light Side?
Maz Kanata is likely to experience some conflict with the main cast but in the end I believe she will be an allie to the good side of the force. A dynamic character driven by money. But she is not a ruthless villain. A pirate out for her own self interests operating with chivalry and good form. This character is likely to be a favorite for the kids. Played by a young girl, children will likely relate to his alien pirate renegade.
The cloaked messenger is played by Arron Kennedy. This character plays a short role in the movie and little is known at this point.
Skywalker Wannabe
The Clocked Messenger is believed to be a monstrous cyborg. Much of his clothing is reminiscent of Luke and Anakin Skywalker attire. The character may be a part of a group that collects sacred items that belonged to famous jedi and sith knights.
Messenger Delivers The Goods

The cloaked messenger may be the one who delivers Darth Vaders burnt and tattered helmet at some point in the story.
Nothing is know about where this character comes from or who he works for. His role is short but will be monumental. Delivering the helment to possibly Kylo Ren.
What's The Big Secrete?
The lid will be kept tightly sealed on this one for now. I have seen many roomers and conceptual artistic interpretations about the Cloaked Messenger but nothing will be confirmed until we see the movie. Or a product list of Christmas toys appear on-line.
What dose cloaked messenger look like?
